Terms & Conditions

These terms govern orders placed with Restaurant ("we", "us") through this website and our mobile app. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is a request to buy food from our kitchen. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a dish is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, the kitchen is closed, or we suspect misuse. Cash and UPI-on-delivery orders need a verified email address.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST, delivery fees and discounts are calculated and shown before you pay. The price charged is the one shown at checkout, even if the menu changes later.

Payment

You can pay online (processed securely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details) or, where offered, in cash or by UPI to the delivery partner. Online orders that are not paid within 15 minutes are cancelled automatically.

Delivery and hand-off

Delivery times are estimates. To complete a delivery, share the 6-digit hand-off code from your order tracking screen with the delivery partner. See our Delivery Policy.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. Dish descriptions are a guide, not a guarantee — please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password and for orders placed from your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts where the restaurant is located.
