Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver only within our delivery area around the restaurant. Checkout tells you straight away whether we can deliver to your address and what it will cost. Pickup from the restaurant is also available.

Delivery fee and minimum order

The delivery fee depends on distance and is waived above a minimum order value. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

You see an estimated delivery time when you order, and you can follow your order live on the tracking page. Times are estimates and may change during busy hours or bad weather. You can also schedule an order up to 7 days ahead, within our opening hours.

Hand-off

Our own delivery partners deliver every order. Share the 6-digit hand-off code from your tracking screen when the food arrives. If we cannot reach you, the partner may retry; if delivery still fails the order may be cancelled (see our Refund Policy).
