Privacy Policy

Restaurant respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Name, phone number and email address — to take, confirm and update you about orders.
• Delivery address and the map pin you choose — to deliver your food.
• Order history and saved addresses — if you create an account.
• Device push-notification token — if you allow notifications in our app.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) — to keep the service secure.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI PIN or bank details.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your orders, send order updates, issue tax invoices, prevent fraud, and answer your queries. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our delivery partner for your order — name, phone and address only.
• Razorpay — to process online payments and refunds.
• Our email and hosting providers — to run the service.
• Government authorities — when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to 8 years), after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can view your orders and addresses on the Account page, delete saved addresses, and delete your account (which erases your profile, addresses and devices). You can also ask us to correct or erase your data.

Grievance officer

For any privacy concern, reach us at the restaurant. We respond within 30 days.
